-Management is out of touch with what is happening on the floor -Management tries to put a choke hold on your career, they will try to keep you in the department even after another department has hired you. - SQA process is a joke, you have people whose sole purpose is to grade your interactions with customers based on what they think an “ideal” interaction should look like, but the person over this group has no relevant experience, other than being the departments heads son. - Managers are more content with having a body in a chair taking minimal interactions. Techs are aware of who doesn’t do their job, this leads to resentment to that person and the management team that defends them. - It looks like development is more preoccupied with pushing out releases then the quality of the release
