I would encourage anyone who is going through the extensive interview process to make sure that they fully understand the job they are planning to take. Make sure you realize the day to day tasks you will be doing and the level of expertise required to perform them. I would ask about training, resources, the leadership team, values of the company, culture, clients, communication, how they receive feedback from employees and how they seek to improve the company for clients and employees. It is tough to ensure you are getting an honest response, but these are questions I wish I had asked prior to working there.
