Horrible place with horrible management - Can I put 0 star? - Customer Experience Consultant Xenon Arc Employee Review

- High employee turn-over, people are overqualified and miserable - Interview process takes forever (I had 15 interviews and a business case, no kidding) - False representation about the vocation of the company. They make you believe that you'll work for a high-tech startup but once you get hired you end up cold calling nobodies in the middle of america who process chemicals in their garage. Also Xenon Arc is just a front name and an umbrella for smaller entities with unexciting missions. - Paltry salaries - Need I say more? Don't apply there unless you are a masochist.
