Pros
I have been with Xenon Arc for several years, and have had the opportunity to both advance my career and acquire a broad knowledge of the principles associated to running a business. While I sometimes have to step up and work extra hours in the interest of completing a specific goal or objective, in general there is an upside in flexible work from home policies and a generous leave policy. Overall compensation is competitive, and career progression moves faster or slower depending on how quickly the business grows.
Cons
The business has had it's ups and downs and that correlates the pressure on employees. The company can do more to help manage the ups and downs and pressures by offering more avenues for feedback about what is happening within the business and positive feedback on performance.
