Pros
Some people on the team are beautiful, helpful, and do their best to stay positive and promote a fun work atmosphere for their peers. This was very inspiring to me. Great place to work for career growth opportunities, you will have to deal with demoralizing comments and a high stress environment - but I can guarantee it’ll make you learn and grow as an individual and realize there are better places to work.
Cons
Like I said, the people who actually put in the effort are genuine and hard working. However, the management is a different story. If you don’t have it in with them, you won’t be treated fairly. The c suite is very cliquey, judgemental, and often schedules pointless two hour meetings to talk trash about the employees. I also got asked inappropriate personal questions from time to time about my lifestyle. Management relies heavily on the people on the sales floor to carry out day to day business, and often have no idea how things actually function - so they will make arbitrary micro judgements about your workflow without asking how things are going for you. Long story short - high stress, low work life balance, disingenuous management, and apathetic leadership styles.
