Mostly great coworkers and people who work really hard for minimum reward. Pay is ok, but not comparable to the market average for many of their roles.
Cons
Xenon Arc leans on the claim they are a tech company, but unfortunately that’s just not the case. Their systems, company culture and management is as outdated as their core values which consist of micromanagement, strict monitoring of employees and an exclusive executive team. The founders of the company choose to ignore the fact their company is struggling and refuse to lean into the idea of prioritizing employee engagement. While there is potential for them to succeed in certain things, they will never get to that point unless they change their overall management and business structure.
