A Change was Needed - Marketing Leader Xenon Arc Employee Review

The environment was horrible. Management was filled with backstabbing individuals who micromanaged those outside their inner circle. Project planning was almost non-existent as managers attempted to show how smart they were without having experience in the areas they were critiquing. Most decisions were not well thought out and thus changed midstream, not allowing for individuals involved to be able to accrue KPIs to support success or failure. The HR VP, had no experience in HR and spent most of her time gossiping and micromanaging the time of individuals she was not responsible for overseeing. This was the least supportive environment I've ever experienced.
