If the work environment were anything like the training environment, they'd retain a lot more employees - Customer Service Representative Xerox Employee Review

Pros

Training program was good, in spite of the fact that some aspects of the job aren't able to be taught prior to experience. They hire from within, which is good news for people who want to move up within the company. Easy to get a schedule that involves working weekends if you have children or regular appointments during weekdays. Fellow employees are generally friendly, empathetic, pleasant, and understanding.

Cons

The mandatory overtime wears many people down, causing high turnover and more workload for the remaining employees. I had half an hour for lunch despite 10-12 hour shifts. There is a disconnect between supervisors and their teams where often a supervisor will refuse to take a call simply because they applied for the supervisor position to get away from the phones in the first place.
