Pros
The people at Xerox are great. First and second level manages really know their stuff and treat workers very well. The work life balance is the best around. The other engineers are incredibly smart and passionate about their work. Overall, the culture and people are the best part about working at Xerox.
Cons
Engineering is constantly declining. The direction taken by senior leadership is slowly phasing out engineering and development work. The printing industry is shrinking and Xerox is moving into services rather than building machines. The moral is at an all time low. Layoffs are a constant worry and people are voluntarily leaving before they are laid off.
