Pros

There are some really good people who still want to excel in spite of the obstacles constructed by upper management.

Cons

Customer satisfaction is said to be a priority but many parts for repair aren't available and consumables are always in short supply. Many reps spend more time "managing" their performance numbers than taking care of the customers so they could earn the numbers honestly.

Pros

The company provides flex time off to be able to work around family appointments, vacation time and sick time.

Cons

pay is stagnant, salaries vary widely even for people working side by side in the same positions.
