Pros
Xerox is an extremely nurturing community. The employees stay here as long as possible, sometimes over forty years. People are happy here. Your colleagues are smart as hell and fully committed to the company and industry. They're generally flexible with time off or personal needs.
Cons
Firstly - all roads lead to Rochester, NY in some way or another. Most people who climb to the top live in upstate NY for at least a short period of time. Secondly - the culture and management is soooo slow to react. There are always apparent issues in going to market or taking action. If you're super aggressive and crave speed and action - this is NOT the place for you. If you like to take it calmly - you'll love corporate.
