Pros
People within the former GIS/XBS were great to work with and for awhile even the name Xerox helped open doors.
Cons
They let a lot of people go and closed down location just to put more money into the executives and stockholders pockets. How do they justify taking the CEO's pay from just under a million to around 20 million just for closing offices and letting people go!!! All anyone on the executive side seemed to care about was money for them, they do not care about the customers or employees. Leveraging the company to be sold....again!!
