Pros
Great opportunity to work with a large-scale organization and with employees of various backgrounds. Projects were challenging, yet rewarding. Much easier to communicate with clients as a representative of Xerox
Cons
No formal communications stream with direct reports/senior management. Direction was fairly ambiguous at times. Onboarding process was very intensive and dry.
