Pros

The job is interesting and tolerable, and going to different places every pay keeps things from getting boring, so not bad

Cons

pay is underwhelming, work load can sometimes be overwhelming, the workload can be excessive, especially with continuing layoffs, hard to stay motivated with too little compensation

The company provides flex time off to be able to work around family appointments, vacation time and sick time.

Cons

pay is stagnant, salaries vary widely even for people working side by side in the same positions.
