Pros
Xola is one of the only companies that I've worked for that really cares about their employees. I have worked at places where you are literally a 6 digit employee number, nobody knows who you are, etc - this is not Xola. The management makes a point to ask people how they are and truly care about their well being. From a product standpoint Xola really does provide one of the best booking platforms for customers. Not every customer is the perfect fit but for those that are - Xola stands well above. Team lunches, team outings, ping pong table (I did mention start up life), casual work dress, flexible hours, 401k, etc
Cons
Xola is a startup. If you are looking for 6 x 401k match, or ESP plans, you'll need to look elsewhere. At times things can seem like they are going every which way - again this is startup life and needing to be able to quickly shift as the market does.
