Pros

The company has good health benefits an a 401k if you stay long enough for them to match

Cons

The Management team are all yes men. They have clicks inside that make your job hard if you are not in the click or make someone mad. The quotas are all the same depending on your team and are way to HIGH. The quotas need to be based on account set and opportunity not a blanket quota. You have daily calls in the morning on what you will close that day. You get instant messages from the CSO asking is that deal on the way in. They track EVERYTHING how many calls, call time, notes in the crm, emails in & out EVERYTHING. This place is a sweat shop unless you are just out of school an want in this type of industry stay away. Even the older sales reps will say no we dont have turn over in sales , DONT BELIEVE IT. You have 6 months at best to make your HIGH sales quota or you will get fired.

Pros

Can only speak for the product side of things: Good amount of smart people with diverse backgrounds. There is a lot of space to make an impact on the product. Many parts of the product are not at their potential so there is potential for huge company wins. Starting to hit our stride in terms of how we think about opportunities, product ideas, and implementation. Pace is fast but manageable. Will keep your mind fresh.

Cons

Occasional alignment chaos but it is definitely getting better as we create better operating models. Ambiguities sometimes manifests in teams rowing in slightly different directions. Coworkers can be pretty direct to a fault. Org needs to work on team mentality and just generally being respectful of each other in every way.

Pros

- Flex PTO was nice - Decent work life balance - Remote work

Cons

- When I received my promotion I was told that I would get back pay for the start of the year, they cancelled that and only gave us stock options -HR messed up my W2 more than once, AND DIDN'T PAY me one time. They accidentally switched my role to hourly when I was a salaried employee. - My manager promised I promotion that came a year late with a 2% salary increase.. - There was no growth trajectory - My manager lied to me on multiple occasions
