• You work, and your credit always taken by someone else. This is because of poor managers ,lack of their attention , lack of Manager’s hold on Team. • Full partiality in the team, you will fed-up with dirty politics and worse thing is Manger never helps you in any matter. • Lack of proper HR processes . • If buttering to Manager quality is present in you then , Xoriant is good company for you else get lost from here. Other better companies are present in Market. • Hard Work , Talent , putting extra won’t work here unless you have buttering to Manager Quality. • Worse Mangers I ever seen in My entire carrier • 2 / 3 People are running the project and all rest are enjoying the Cake and worse thing is rest people are getting awards , recognition and onsite opportunity. • Best Scrum status is “Assist QA” ( Helping QA ) . People running the scrum for whole week with this status. And Sitting idle. • If you came from good company to Xoriant then you will get demoralized • Non Deserving people gets the Promotion , On Site Opportunity because of lack of efficiency in Managers.
