Pros
as mentioned above i can say there are only CONS now., (This is mainly about the Night Shift_US Staffing-Pune office)
Cons
1) firstly if you are thinking of joining their US staffing ., please look for a better option. They will attract you with lots of things but once you enter there. you will regret your decision 2) No proper management., the so called head honchos or the pune management just sitting there in pune and warming their seats and taking the money home and misguiding the Leadership in the US. 3) The So called top management in Pune handling the operations there just play mindgames ,micromanagement and spread negativity around 4) No growth opportunities., Non deserving people moving up 5) All this has resulted in the highest ever attrition in Xoriant US Staffing in the last 2 years The result can be seen in the fact that how unpopular their Night Shift had become and as a result no Seniors are interested to join there
