Pros
Xoriant is place where people who are self starter and self driven find ample of opportunities to work on cutting edge product development. It has mixed bag of clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to newly funded startup. Though company has grown big in last couple of years but its still maintaining its startup culture. Every product development team work differently and follows culture of parent client. Overall its a good place for technical exposure and career growth.
Cons
As company is growing bigger some of employee friendly policies are changing. Everyone understand new policies have to be brought in to manage growth but changes has to be communicated in right manner
