      Pros

      Employee-friendly, many perks and activities, getting to work in small teams and many modules, direct client interaction opportunities

      Cons

      Appraisals were good till last year; however major changes in management made major changes in appraisal process. Appraisals were withheld for a long time. The beauty of a startup like organization is turning into that of some mass recruitment company.
