Pros
Great working environment for those who don't have any other options- end of the world and this would be the last company to work, approachable management for shoe lickers, Don't you dare to make any suggestions to management they don't listen but they'll make sure next time you would not make any such attempts. Worst part- higher management is all fake and friendly. there interest comes first then company. Worst cafeteria, not even a sitting space for 15 people.
Cons
Dirty politics and favorite politics, fake management, No one gives a damn when you join and when you leave. people worked for years and management kicked them in a day. not a good place to stay.
