Lucky, only if you get a good and long term project with a good manager WFH is unlimited only if manager allows Recently turned CMMI-5 24 earned leaves Good canteen Decent ambiance Finance team is too good and helpful - Salary ,reimbursements on time,etc
Cons
Insufficient transport facility Lots of reshuffling of employees internally due to improper resource management and billing issues. Mumbai location lacks good projects or rather projects Employees with 10+ experience , are not fully updated technically with market speeds. Politics - Mostly project managers who are 10+ years experience have huge clout (even though they cannot form grammatically correct English sentences) HR are mere spectators
