Pros
You have to clock seven & half working hours only, which is less than other service companies in Pune, that's all I can think of.
Cons
Pay scale is ok, getting good increment is tough Managers do not have spine to stand up to clients when needed Support functions do not care about employees at all Medical insurance amount is not good enough Support functions are lazy, feedback is not all appreciated but frowned upon Recruitment team will tell you that Xoriant is a Product Engineering & Services Company, do not believe that. Xoriant is only a Services company, not a Product Engineering company
