1. Management people are so transparent and no micro management. 2.Learning and Development - Good opportunities for skill development . Conducting training sessions in technologies which is on-demand in market 3. Recognition of talents. 4.Fun Activities- UMANG,PotLuck,Birthday Celebration and More Activities. 5. Admin & HR - More helpfull and reachable. 6. WFH - Two days in a month as per policy. This can be extendd based on your requirement and client approval. 7. Medical Insurance policy for employee and for his family. 8.PayTM food coupons everymonth 2000+(included in your CTC)

Cons

1. Pantry - Maintained by third party not so spacious. 2. Only One client as of now CITI (BOT program).
