Worst company - Software Engineer Xoriant Employee Review

1) HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT : I never thought this company had HR department until they forcefully asked to resign. 2) POOR MANAGEMENT: No prior notice just fire the employee and treat the employees like trash. 3) NO PROJECTS: They promise freshers to big projects but in reality you’ll be put in bench right after training and you’ll never be contacted by any of them 4) HR : HR’s are only interested to come to the office when there’s an event and they only take interest in employees when they’re firing them.
