Pros
Nice office locations. Nothing exciting in last 3+ years of working here.
Cons
• Low hikes. • Typical non-technical managers all over the board so illogical deadlines, unplanned development cycles, very less PR reviews, no documentation what so ever etc. • Culture is not that good. Teams barely go for outing or brunch etc. Boring activities are organised which just wastes everyone's time. Rarely any event happens. • Company policies - they recently revamped company policies and its just a downgrade from the previous one. Like only basic salary for people on notice periods etc. • Poor performance management system. The managers are not at all properly equipped to track how an employee is contributing to the project. They just understand 1 metric "timely delivery". Nothing other than this is taken under consideration no matter how complicated the task was or proper documentation was available or not for the story etc. • Poor allocation system. Like most of the service based companies, the talent management team will just try to fit you in into any random project which has a requirement. They just overlook your tech stack, expertise and skill sets. If you are a tailor and know how to use a pair of scissors, they will allocate you to a barber shop without thinking twice. • Other similar cons which usually are there with service based companies.
