The work-life balance has become a myth here. All new policy changes are making this place worse for employees. You will keep working in every shift. They will pay you for 8 hours and will ask you to work for whatever time they want. Daily, it goes up to 10+ hours. You will be allocated to multiple projects at a time, resulting in too much workload and frustration. If you are not on a project, then you will no longer be part of the company. It doesn't matter how hard you work; you will never receive credit and appreciation for the tasks you have completed. Working here doesn't allow time for personal matters.
