It's a Sinking Ship - Technical Manager Xoriant Employee Review

Xoriant is a sinking ship since it's takeover in early 2023. The employee centric culture has vanished and it's taken over by use-and-throw policies. The new leadership and sales teams have completely failed and are clueless on what needs to be done to get out of the situation. All the good employees have already left or are on the verge of leaving. The ones that are left are those who are not finding any alternate job anywhere else. Joining this company is a suicidal decision right now. Everybody in the senior leadership are living in a denial mode. Appraisals are delayed, increments are peanuts, leaves are reduced, variable components are compromised with no transparency, no good projects, no job security. Don't get influenced by the 5 star reviews. They are forced by the HR.
