Most of the service contractors in the industry have either heard about us or have pursued interest after engaging with one of our reps. In addition, we have unbeatable market intelligence and insight into the areas that we partner with. The product is incredible, because each of us have a stake in why people choose to partner with us. The sales team is collaborative. Although, everyone works independently with their own pipeline to manage. The sales team is also a melting pot. Each individual is successful, because each contributor brings something new to the table. I strongly believe that everyone I work with is passionate about what we do and who we serve. Every individual is willing to lend a hand as long as your willing to ask. In addition, management is always accessible. Not only is it helpful when questions arise throughout the day, they also care a great deal about creating a healthy environment. Competitions, awards, recognition, and support are just a few of the things that keep the team fresh and eager to sell. Team meetings are also critical to staying focused and sharing what we hear in the market. But, it's also our time to get excited for our day and to share wins with our team. We all work really really hard and it's also really nice that it's recognized.
Cons
We are growing quickly internally as well as our customer base. Because we take a lot of consideration in to supporting both, a lot more input is needed. Although, most people are willing to do that by coming in early, staying a little bit later, or planning some time in off hours. However, it is not a requirement.
