Pros
- There are some genuinely wonderful people working here - Only a tiny subset of executive leaders are actually good for the company - Unlimited PTO is nice when you can take it with a peace of mind - You will grow but a lot of that growth needs to be self-initiated and self-driven
Cons
The environment is unlike anything I have experienced before. Most of executive leadership only cares about hitting numbers and not enough on the employees and how they are being treated. There have been so many instances of unprofessionalism displayed and yet when people bring up concerns about certain people in leadership (based on the way they treat people, the things they say and how they say it, their actions, bullying, inappropriate relationships, the gossiping behind employees’ backs, micro aggressions) to HR “confidentially”, they are swept under the rug and not actually addressed. There’s no accountability. Everyone knows employee turnover rates have been high and there are always excuses thrown around to divert attention away from the glaring issues. Every department/team this year has lost their top performers. They don’t properly take the time to consider that the culture they’ve built, the low pay and the people leading some of these teams are the biggest reasons why people are leaving. Putting blame on other factors and the “attitudes” or “mindsets” of the individuals who are leaving/already left and none on themselves is not a good look - accept that there are glaring problems, own up to them and try to actually fix them.
