My whole tenure there was nightmare-ish.
The specific product I worked under was very broken and no one cared. The customers were just supposed to deal with it. Also it was a revolving door, so much turn over should have been a red flag, but the org did not do much to dig in the issues at had.
The teams seemed defeated, and it was definitely a environment of just “shut up and keep at work”.
For anyone looking here, be sure to ask about the state of the team, and the state of the product. You might save yourself a headache.
