Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re dedicated to building a culture at Xplor where every Xplorer feels included, valued and empowered to make an impact. That’s why inclusion and diversity are at the heart of our Xplor values.
We’re proud that 33% of our Senior Leadership Team and 1/3 of our Technology Leadership Team (that Engineering is a part of) is female, and approximately 20% of all Xplorers identify as racially or ethnically diverse. We say approximately because it’s difficult to assess race and ethnicity globally, as it’s defined differently across regions and some countries prohibit us from asking for or tracking this data. That said, we do track this data where we can because we believe measuring this is one of the steps we can take to improving it.
We know we’ve still got work to do when it comes to building an inclusive culture, and we’re committed to doing this work. That’s why we recently launched a 3-year strategy called Inclusion Ignites Innovation, and a big part of this strategy is focused on how we can attract, develop and retain diverse talent.
