Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you appreciate our flexible working approach and our commitment to Inclusion & Diversity, particularly in our hiring practices. We’ve put a lot of effort into constantly improving how we hire and ensuring we always have diverse candidate slates. And we regularly hear from our employees that they appreciate our flexible working policy, to help people balance work and life. We’re sorry to hear other parts of your experience at Xplor haven’t been great. We welcome all feedback, and provide multiple ways for employees to share it – on our internal communication platform, or directly to managers, senior leaders and our People team, and anonymously through our regular engagement surveys and our Whistleblowing hotline. As you’re still an employee, please feel free to use one of these channels to share more of your concerns, so we can properly address them. We opened our India Talent Hub last year, as India is a great place to hire tech talent and we’re proud of our new team there, how they’re coming together, working with our global team and the great features and benefits they’re already adding to many of our products. Our global engineering team is helping us take our products into new regions, delivering more for our customers than ever before. We’re also proud of the broad mix of benefits we provide for our people and how we invest in the growth and personal development of our Xplorers. Over 80% of employees have activated their free LinkedIn Learning licence, so they can access expert learning content whenever they want. Over 50% of our managers regularly attend our leadership development sessions, so they can keep growing their leadership skills. And because we know the importance of great leaders, we offer all our senior leaders regular one on one coaching, so they can keep getting better at what they do. We believe in helping our people grow while they’re with us, and will continue to do more to make this true for every Xplorer. Xplor is still a young company, and we are building foundations for the future – which is why we always appreciate all feedback. We’d love it if you’d consider reaching out to one of our People Team to talk about your concerns in more detail – but thanks for this feedback, we appreciate it. Explor Ever since Explor was purchased by a PE firm, every aspect of the company to the most granular detail has effectively gone up in flames. For anyone who needs context, PE firms are parasites that steal exorbitant amounts of money from the companies they buy out - and then they have 26 year old matcha drinking ‘financial associates’ in some high rise in NYC make pivotal business decisions that negatively affect hundreds of employees’ lives all because they learned in an MBA class that making the ‘costs’ line in the Excel spreadsheet go down would make the ‘profit’ line go up. The first ‘strategic’ business decision made was to cut down on software developers (to make the ‘profit’ line go up in Excel), which has resulted in a WORSE product - then they hiked the price on customers (Again, to make the ‘profit’ line go up in Excel) which as anyone would have expected, enraged ALL our customers. The resultant employees who didn’t abruptly leave are now tormented daily with more and more ignoramus ‘strategic’ business decisions and treated like ants that a child is playfully burning alive with a magnifying glass. If you want to be treated with any human dignity whatsoever, Explor will not be a good fit for you. However, if you want every day at work to feel like you are a participant in the Stanford Prison Experiment while simultaneously having to take calls at all hours from every customer who wont stop asking “Why does the software I pay money for to run my business no longer work”, Explor will be the perfect future employer for you to take that big next step in your career.
