Pros
Can't think of any and I mean it... I got in and out less in less than a year, so that's how bad this company was... The work is easy for those who know how to run operations.
Cons
Your hours will be rigged if you are an hourly employee. Your PTOs may suddenly change to UNPTO. If you have earned sick time, won't be applied if you call sick, but instead will dry your PTO. Forget about any raise, like any.... Management is into too much micromanaging... There is a lot to say, but don't want to even waste much time reviewing this company...
