Pros
The pay has a high appeal, some of the drivers were a good comradery.
Cons
The gas industry is notorious for being brutal to those low on the totem pole, but XNG takes this to a whole new level. They have a balatant disregard to an employee’s needs, quick to work the system in the best way to screw over the employee. The company is run by a bunch of crooked bankers, that have no background within th trucking industry. Within not even a full year of current operations in Forest Lake they have gone through at least two Human Resources personnel, one Safety Operations Managet and one Fleet Operations manager. As far as drivers, the turn over rate is atrociously high; by either firing for unjust reasons (you didn’t meet their quota) or drivers had finally gotten sick of the unorganization of the company. If you’re looking to work as a driver, plan to sit around on stand by because they can’t even keep their compressors running properly.
