      Pros

      Good starting pay and free lunch on Friday for office workers.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. Zero appreciation for the employees, incapable of sticking with a thought or plan, unethical, and only focused on the bottom line. Every employee is overworked and could be replaced at any moment if management decides to divert blame for their poor decision making. This is the most miserable environment I have ever witnessed.

      Safety, teamwork, communication, equipment, training sharing space are great.

      Cons

      Not everyone ( Drivers ) understand how safety, teamwork, communication equipment, training and shearing space work needs to improve a different system went recruiting and training.

      Is that it provides critical financial stability, structured within personal development and driving skills though out daily delivery

      Cons

      That being seasoned no health insurance and the occasional the cancelation of a delivery other then that overall equally playing field with the pos.
