1) Close to home. 2) Short commute to work. 3) Some fun people to work with.
Cons
1) Management infighting. 2) Complete lack of direction and support from upper to executive management. 3) Very low employee morale. 4) Stifling environment for bright and talented ideas. 5) "Sneak attack" approach on company announcements. 6) High costs spent due to poor management, direction and structure within company. 7) Poor environment for growth or advancement. 8) Reporting managers are spread all over the world with too many employees and too little time to actually manage you. 9) Hibernation management style. Only come out when they need to, otherwise you would wonder if your boss is dead. 10) Mentality that the United Kingdom is headquarters and therefore any decisions only come from that side. 11) Many clueless individuals in the United Kingdom that do not know how to open doors and work with other individuals. 12) Poor hiring practices. Hire individuals on board without really knowing what they want to do with that individual and or team. 13) Lack of vision for future. 14) Heavily resistant to change. Very fearful! 15) Working for this company will not advance your career. It's more of like working in a vegetative state.
