Fantastic Company with Great People - Regional Consultant YA Group Employee Review

My colleagues and bosses actually listen to me, give me directions that make sense and are consistent, and are simply pleasant people. After a week off I'm looking forward to going back to work. It's a fully remote company, so I get to work from home with my furry coworkers, but my colleagues and I speak so often via Teams that I feel like we're all together, just letting one another get on with our days. It's really the best.

I really can't think of any.

From the second I signed on, YA had everything ready to go to make my transition to the team as easy as possible. I had a few training needs which were immediately provided and tons of support on the field as I learned the YA way. Anything I have needed to provide our customers with the best possible service has been provided. This job is a dream!

I can honestly say I have not been disappointed in my decision for one second and all my needs have been met head on.
