Pros
YASH is good in terms of work, cultural activities and pay. If you join as fresher you can get good starting salary but for senior level there is not much hike so either you have to fight with the management for onsite or look out the other options.... Being a small organization they take care of the employees like B'day, Anniversary, Diwali Gifts etc and they celebrate all the festivals in the campus which you will like and enjoy...
Cons
They have very limited clients so you mostly work with single client only and in own campus not much work.. They may take your documents but not file the Visa and tell you that you are not selected in the Lottery which may be frustrating sometimes..
