The ramp up in certain roles is difficult due to industry complexity so you have to be focused. The industry jargon is unique and unusual but over time understandable. Travel requirements are on par of many roles so you have to want to travel. Like many media agencies, the fast pace and work can be challenging and stressful at times. Media industry is so fluid that you have to be prepared mentally to change direction swiftly. Change will always take place and with that comes growing pains, which is a good thing if you want to better yourself.
