Pros
Zero cost benefits, plenty of people happy to help new hires, variety of driving positions, new equipment trickling in, job security ( not able to fire people unjustifiably). Not a private vs.drill sergeant place like one big competitor I worked for.
Cons
Home/Work life balance is definitely work priority. If you don't like the established way, best to get over it. Transfer to new city( if it is advantageous) can happen if terminals become unprofitable.
