Hardwork, can be long hours. Divided group between union and non-union and among YRC and Roadway can be seen. Union member with seniority that have a grudge with the company after the merging cause problems. I knew numbers of good workers that left because senior teamsters taking advantage of the systems and left the problem for the new members.
