      Pros

      Decent benefits and pay. Overtime available with work flow. The work is moderately balanced depending on how well other facilities load trailers

      Cons

      Lot’s of unfair practices, management is subpar to say the least. Does not treat employees fairly. Extreme temperature swings makes working difficult and I don’t think management is really emphatic to This plight....
