Pay is good. Half working in an office half outside
Cons
The union labor force hurts this company drastically. Management cannot control workers, union promotes laziness, and work force doesn’t like to listen. The worse part... cannot hire anyone so the option of firing/writing up terrible employees isn’t there. Stuck to work with guys that should not be employed..
