1) Stressful environment 2) Under paid for expected job duties 3) Upper management does not respect front line supervisors 4) Dirty environment 5) No lunches 6) No accountability 7) Lacking the proper tools to do the job right 8) No pay raises in several years. 9) Year over year reduction of benefits including paid time off and medical 10) Management have children working there who get preferential treatment 11) Need more front line supervisors rather than another vice-president of whatever!!
