Great coworkers, great customers with lots of opportunities to assist them
Cons
Terrible vehicle reimbursement program, ever changing comp plans…. Heck, they even suspended it? I can see tweaking the goals if the market changes, but who suspends a quota driven PFP plan? That’s what motivates sales reps!!
