Pros
If you fit the demographic of what they are looking for in the new regime you'll be golden and provided with unearned success - young attractive, white men - preferably former athletes. They tout themselves as one of the best places to work for women in trucking. Beware - false data/reporting on that aspect - depending on the manager.
Cons
Too many to list. Primarily, a defunct, back-logged system, where operations and sales are working from different business models, and are continuously at odds. Required sales metrics are unrealistic and force exaggerated information and false reporting/data. Management on a local level is almost entirely inept, yet protected. Again, ruling from a strong point of intimidation and retaliation. Training is almost non-existent with no uniformity across teams. Some are very well trained and supported, while others are set up for failure, then made out as scapegoats and fall-guys to cover for the inept local managers.
