Not many pros. You get paid and if u love people, you get great interactions with your drivers for the most part.
Cons
Pay is not comparable to amount of work that is required of you. Marietta location management sucks, turnover is high, employees are not valued, hours are long, rotation between day and night for 3 month periods.
