Pros
Union, the medical benefits are good and the cost is included in the monthly union dues which is about $70 a month. The work atmosphere is what ever you bring to it. If you're nice then people will be nice to you, if you're not then the same will happen.
Cons
Poor management. Poor equipment. They don't work on fixing any tracker if it cost more than $500 to fix. The company as a whole is going through some financial issues that may possibly shut it down for good.
