Great regional runs . Lots of work. Good representation . Teamsters . Negotiated medical , pension and top pay . 58 hrs off or you can wave and take 34 hrs off and make a better paycheck weekly . The best job I ever had .
Cons
People are not educated about the current situations of pensions , constantly blame union . The government is regulating pensions . No understanding of labor rights .
